Artist: DEATHSTARS
Album: Termination Bliss
Year: 2006

A new album from the band Deathstars from Sweden. The successor of the album Synthetic Generation. What can I say about the previous album. Fantastic a mix between metal and industrial sounds. Now I am listening to their new album called Termination Bliss.

The first song started out with some classical influences and after an few second the guitars and riffs were kicking ass. This time the band chose for more electronic sounds but still combining them with their black metal past. They have used as well this time in some songs a choir which I was surprised about hearing it. Most of the songs have a same kind of electronic they have used over and over again that is one of the things that is disturbing me. This is a very good album to listen if u are into mid tempo industrial metal. After listening to some songs over and over again I like only 3 songs of the album which are called Motherzone, Blitzkrieg and Cyanide. I missed on this album the powerful sounds of the previous album, but I hope they have made some really good songs for the next album. They have approached a mix of industrial with metal but in my opinion it was more like a mix between metal and some industrial. But after all if you listen to the album more then once you go to like some of their songs but I missed the powerful creative sound on the previous album called Synthetic Generation. Overall this album is good for the people who are first into the scene of industrial metal but in my eyes it is not their best work what I have heard from them.
